Wisconsin officials respond to Trump’s coronavirus diagnosis

President Donald Trump confirmed just before midnight Thursday that he and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the coronavirus saying, “We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this together.” 

Trump began quarantining after Hope Hicks, a close adviser to the president, tested positive for the virus. 

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden plans to take a coronavirus test. 

Reaction from Wisconsin officials began pouring in Friday morning.
