The Wisconsin Department of Health Services launched a toll-free telephone hotline Thursday for people to get help with COVID-19 vaccine-related questions.
When people call 844-684-1064, they will reach a call center that will help them find vaccine locations, answer medical questions related to the vaccine and get help with registering to get the vaccine with providers, the Department of Health Services said in a news release. Some of those providers are using the Wisconsin COVID-19 vaccine registry, www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/covid-19/vaccine-registry.htm.
“Learning about the vaccine, trying to find a location, and registering for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment can be stressful,” Gov. Tony Evers stated in a news release announcing the hotline. “Being able to talk directly to someone who can answer your questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine will go a long way to easing these concerns.”
